The Exquisite Course is an experimental approach to artistic collaboration on the road, embracing the unknown. Milwaukee-based artist Jon Horvath invites artists to choose a destination, an itinerary, and a timeframe. The two engage in conversation and make work side-by-side as they progress through the landscape. Each trip will culminate in varying formats, including podcasts, books, and exhibitions. Trip One follows Horvath and Zora J. Murff en route from Arkansas to Mississippi.
